OmBodhi Retreat is spread over 10 acres of lush green landscape, situated just a minute's walk from a secluded, uncrowded beach. The property features rows of Casuarina trees that protect from high-velocity winds, ensuring a tranquil outdoor experience. With direct beach access, guests can step onto the sandy shore without crossing any roads or other properties.

The retreat offers 25 cottages and rooms, most of which provide views of the beach. Each cottage is designed with simple yet culturally inspired furnishings, sourced locally or crafted by a family-run business. Guests will have an attached bathroom and a private veranda or balcony in many accommodations.

OmBodhi has a restaurant named Café Kokam, which overlooks the beach and is located within a coconut plantation. The kitchen is separated into vegetarian and non-vegetarian sections to cater to different dietary preferences. The menu largely features organic vegetables grown on-site, ensuring fresh and wholesome meals.

Guests have access to a variety of outdoor activities including beach volleyball and frisbee on the property. Children can enjoy playing on the beach or participating in organized activities, making it a family-friendly environment. Unique to OmBodhi is the community fishing experience, where guests can observe local fishermen in action.
